UPDATE: Funaab matriculated 3500 students

The FEDERAL UNIVERSITY OF AGRICULTURE, FUNAAB matriculated 3500 students yesterday, Wednesday 28th January 2015.

The event started with an open prayer followed by the National Anthem and then the school anthem before The Vice Chancellor, Professor Oyewole declared the matriculation ceremony opened and gave his statement.

He congratulated the students on making it through the screening process, appeal to them to acquiant themselves with the school code of conduct and also urged them to strive for excellence throughout their stay in the citadel of learning.

After the matriculation ceremony was enjoyment galore.. MENU! MENU!!

Its obvious that Mafe (Social Director FunaabSU ) is really working well on the school social status. A big thanks to Mafe and SUG in general for the brilliant show that was organised after the ceremony.

Graduants, Students, parents amongst others surrounded the circle that was created for the show to watch beautiful and brilliant perfomances from various artistes, comedians and dancers.

The show started with an opening prayer followed by a dance competition which the winner went home with a ticket for the freshers night, recharge card and a pen while the runner up went home with recharge card and pen. Also, recharge cards were dished out to the fastest fingers that surrounded the circle.

One of Funaab's finest musician, Ayoola was present at the show where he thrilled the viewers with his magical voice and energetic performance, The Rainbow dancers were also sighted with their matching dance steps and beautiful perfomance.
