SAD: Nicki Minaj tour manager De'Von Pickett stabbed to death during rehearsals

Nicki Minaj's crew has been struck by tragedy after two members of her stage team were stabbed in Philadelphia yesterday, Wednesday 18th 2015.

One man died (left) and another is in the hospital in critical condition. The man who died was identified as De'Von Pickett, 29, a stage hand, (pictured left) and the other man as Eric Parker, 27.

Nicki announced the news on Twitter and on her Instagram page, she also retweeted a story from the website of the local NBC affiliate, which said the violence began as a bar fight around 2 a.m. Wednesday inside Che Bar & Grill, and then spread into the street along Stenton Avenue in Philadelphia's West Oak Lane neighborhood.

A suspect, believed to be around 30 and a male, was last seen driving off in a gray Buick LeSabre, police told the TV station.
Minaj is preparing for an upcoming tour with her friend, hip-hop artist Meek Mill, who's from Philadelphia.
